Technical Support Representative I will deploy new technologies, design, install, configure, maintain and integrate system testing performance of PC/server operating systems, related utilities and hardware. The role involves troubleshooting server, software and hardware issues, training personnel on system usage, and supporting Web access and electronic messaging services.
Requirements
- Must be amenable to work on shifting schedules
- Must be amenable to work on a Hybrid Setup (2x a week onsite)
- Prior banking or finance related experience a plus; personal banking or mobile banking experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills
- Organizational and time management skills required (ability to juggle multiple priorities at a time)
- Self-starter with proven ability to work independently
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Previous experience using SNOW (ServiceNow) is desirable
