GovCIO is hiring for a Tier 1 Service Desk Analyst to support the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) IT Infrastructure Support Services (ITIS) program. The position requires experience in a complex Government IT environment and proficiency in using ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years' experience
  • Current ITIL Foundation and/or Practitioner v.4 certifications
  • Desired: Current DevSecOps FoundationSM certification from the DevOps Institute
